His role main role was to manage our Ministry of Justice Project (MOJ). Since taking this role he has managed to find work for over 80 candidates. Joe has also gone over and above, in some cases he has travelled a distance to pick individuals up and personally take them to their new place of work on their first day."

He has an exceptional rapport with our customers and over the year has built great relationships and respect with them. Andy is incredible at his job and could talk scaffolding in his sleep...he probably does. HE dedicates everything to his job and goes above and beyond in all aspects, including being a mentor to the newer members of the team and constantly supporting and guiding the whole team where needed. Andy is a big part of this company and it would not be the same without him. We are all so grateful of how much he puts in to his job."

Reason for Nomination: "Kade, still a young man himself is bringing through the next generation of scaffolders and holding them to the highest of standards while instilling critical life skills into them which will serve them well for the rest of their life. From scaffolding skills, work ethic, how to carry themselves through to being an incredible role model he is sculpting the culture within our business and preparing the next generation of our scaffolders. Most recently the business gave him a bonus for the high turnover he was bringing in through the regions hard work, he immediately withdrew the cash and shared it between his lads. This behaviour deserves to be celebrated, seen by more of the industry and also seen by more of the general publlic, we as a collective need to change the stigma held around scaffolders and support the next generation."

Reason for Nomination: "Howard has worked for ITP for ten years in the Scaffolding Team. He has successfully grown his customer base and sales by relentlessly calling and never giving up. His attention to detail is second to none, he strives to ensure all orders leave as ordered and on time, often helping production with ideas, guidance and advice from his vast experience when things aren’t working. He never over promises and this shows in his relationship with customers and colleagues. New members to the team are welcomed and guided by Howard in their early days. With fantastic communication skills he is often asked for his opinion on issues and sometimes gives it anyway! Howard prides himself on his knowledge of the industry and is often heard advising customers about flame retardant products, the importance of certification and legislation changes with his aim to raise industry standards. Howard is a credit to ITP."
